What equipment does CleanAlta use?

6-rotor industrial drone

The CleanAlta platform is a purpose-built 6-rotor industrial drone with a cleaning module delivering heated pure water through a precision nozzle system. The drone is tethered to a ground-based water supply and power unit, enabling unlimited flight time and continuous water delivery without payload weight limitations.

Ground station

The ground unit includes a water heating system (up to 70 degrees Celsius), a multi-stage deionization filter producing ultra-pure water (TDS below 5 ppm), and a high-pressure pump adjustable from 10 to 250 bar. A custom-built trailer houses all equipment for rapid deployment to any site.

Methods

Five cleaning methods for every surface

Pure water 70 degrees

Deionized heated water. Dissolves mineral deposits, pollution films, biological growth. Streak-free evaporation. Ideal for glass, solar panels, sensitive cladding.

High-pressure (150-250 bar)

Industrial cleaning power for concrete, metal, robust surfaces. Removes heavy soiling, grease, algae, paint residue. Equivalent to ground-based industrial washers.

Low-pressure (10-80 bar)

Preservation-first cleaning for heritage buildings, temples, delicate stone. Controlled pressure removes biological growth without surface erosion.

Chemical-free biocide treatment

Certibiocide-certified biodegradable treatment applied by drone. Prevents biological regrowth for 6-12 months. No environmental runoff.

Combined cleaning + inspection

Simultaneous cleaning with HD visual and infrared thermal imaging. Detects cracks, water ingress, thermal leaks during the cleaning pass.
