Drone glass cleaning for condominiums and office towers
Most towers in Thailand have a building maintenance unit, and most of those units are slow, often out of service, or blind to podiums, set-backs and canopies. Rope access fills the gap with days of technicians outside units. A tethered drone cleans the same glass from the ground.
What managers ask for
- Fewer days of disruption: a façade in hours, not a week of ropes outside the units
- No complaints from residents: nobody at their window, no gondola at 7 am
- The surfaces the gondola misses: podium, canopies, set-backs, inner courtyards, glass roofs over lift shafts
- A clean result without streaks: purified water, no detergent, no wiping
- A written method statement and insurance before anyone starts
- A yearly schedule and a fixed price per pass
In France we clean curtain walls, inner courtyards and glass roofs for building owners and facility managers, including a glass structure above live railway tracks for RATP, done in one night with intervention time divided by five.
For the juristic person or the facility manager
One survey, one method statement
We walk the building with you, note take-off areas, water and power, and write the plan: which façade by drone, which by pole, which by platform.
Permits and insurance in your file
CAAT permission for the site, registrations, insurance certificate. You get copies before the job for your board or your client.
Report you can forward
Before-and-after photos per façade, surfaces cleaned, observations on seals, cracked glass or corrosion we saw from close up.
Towers with a gondola: drone as a complement
If your building maintenance unit works well, keep it. The drone adds what it cannot do: podiums and canopies, set-back floors, courtyard façades, glass roofs, and a fast pass between gondola cycles. If the unit is out of service for months, which happens, the drone keeps the building clean without waiting.
We are looking for office and condominium towers in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Chiang Mai for the first documented jobs.
Condominium and office questions
Do residents need to close their windows?
Yes, during the pass on their façade. We give the building a schedule by façade and by morning so the juristic office can inform residents.
Can you clean balconies and glass balustrades?
The outside face, yes. Inside faces and balcony floors are not part of the drone job.
What about a 40-storey tower?
Thai rules require special approval above 90 m. Up to that height the drone works normally; above it, we request the approval or combine with the gondola.
Can you quote a yearly contract?
Yes. After the first job we propose a schedule with a price per pass, usually two to four passes a year for glass in Thailand.
Have a building in Thailand that is hard to clean?
Send us a few photos, the address and the approximate height. We will tell you honestly whether a drone, a water-fed pole or a platform is the right tool, and whether your site could join the pilot program.
