Drone cleaning for hotels and resorts

A hotel cannot close to be cleaned. Scaffolding in the lobby view, rope technicians outside the suites and a gondola rattling past the windows all cost guest satisfaction. A tethered drone cleans glass, façades and roofs from the ground, early in the morning, building by building.

The surfaces that cost hotels the most

Glass façades and sea-view windows

Salt, dust and rain streaks. Heated purified water at low pressure, rinsed without streaks and without detergent.

Atriums, lobbies and glass roofs

Surfaces nobody can reach from inside without a scissor lift in the lobby. The drone does them from outside.

Villa and pavilion roofs

Algae and moss on tiles in shaded, humid spots. Slow-acting treatment from above, nobody walking on the roof.

Pool buildings and canopies

Covered walkways, spa roofs, restaurant canopies: cleaned in a morning from the pool deck.

How a hotel job runs

  1. Plan with the engineering manager

Which buildings, which mornings, which areas to close for a few hours. We fit the schedule around occupancy and events.

  2. Perimeter, then flight

Ground area closed under the work zone, guests informed, drone on the glass and the roof. Pole on the ground floor and the details.

  3. Report and schedule

Before-and-after photos per building, then a yearly schedule: typically two to four passes on glass in Thailand's climate.

In France, our clients include a working university hospital and a research centre that stayed open during the job. The discipline is the same for a hotel: a perimeter, a schedule, no surprises.

Why hotels are our first target in Thailand

Thailand counted 17,126 hotels and 711,729 rooms in the first half of 2024 (Department of Tourism, via LH Bank). Resorts clean constantly, they care about how work looks to guests, and many sit where scaffolding and platforms struggle: hillsides, beaches, islands. That is a drone job.

We are looking for hotels in Phuket, Koh Samui, Bangkok, Pattaya and Chiang Mai willing to be among the first documented jobs. A pilot hotel gets a tailored price and priority when we set up regular service.

Hotel questions

Will guests be disturbed?

They will see a drone for a few hours in the morning and a small closed area on the ground. No scaffolding, no one outside their window, no noise comparable to a gondola.

Is the water safe around pools and gardens?

On glass we use only purified water. On roofs, the treatment is chosen for the site, applied according to the label, and we keep a margin around pools, tanks and plants.

Can you clean during high season?

Yes, with early-morning slots. Many hotels prefer it, because the building looks its best when it is full.

What does the hotel need to provide?

A water point, a socket or space for our generator, a take-off area, and someone to keep the ground zone clear during the job.

Have a building in Thailand that is hard to clean?

Send us a few photos, the address and the approximate height. We will tell you honestly whether a drone, a water-fed pole or a platform is the right tool, and whether your site could join the pilot program.
